The processing of your return starts when it reaches our shop. Please allow 5 days from this point onwards.
When the team receives your package, we will send you an email to notify you of its successful delivery.
Please note that there may be a delay (up to 24 hours) between the notification of delivery by your carrier and the notification of receipt by Scavini.
Once your package is received, we will open it and check that :
- The contents match the return request
- The garment(s) are free of stains or damage.
- There are no alterations to the garment(s).
This step is not necessarily done immediately. We are a small team, not a logistics centre!
Once everything is in order, we will proceed with the refund or exchange, according to your instructions. You'll receive another notification once we've done this and your return is complete!
