Returning a Product

In this article, you will find all the information you need to return a product or an order.


I. Is my order eligible for return?

1. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, all orders placed on the Internet may be returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

The exception to this rule concerns products that have been ordered with alterations. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been clearly customized.


2. Extension of the allowed return period

In certain special cases, and during the festive season, the return period may be extended. Please do not hesitate to send us a message to request an extension.


3. Returning a product purchased in shop

The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases made in-store. If you wish to return an item purchased in-store, we can issue a credit note or exchange it in certain cases. The feasibility of this is left to the assessment of the shop manager.

In all cases, products that have been used or whose labels have been removed can not be returned or exchanged in any way.


II. Creating a return request and shipping instructions

To return a product, please go to your customer account, then to the my orders tab.

Choose the concerned order from the list. Select the products you wish to return using the ticks. Select a reason for return in the text box and then click on generate a return.

You can then return your item(s) as follows:

  1. Prepare a parcel. Make sure the garment(s) are properly folded and protected. The original parcel is not required.
  2. Include your invoice in the parcel. Alternatively, a piece of paper with your name and return number or a copy of the confirmation email.
  3. Send it to this address:

  4. (Exported orders) It is necessary to write "RETURNED GOODS" clearly on the parcel if you are sending from outside the EU.

The cost of returning the goods is at the customer's expense. You can use the carrier of your choice. You can also drop off your products in our shop.

If the complete order is returned for a refund, the initial postage costs will be refunded. In the case of an exchange, the exchanged item(s) will be sent free of charge.


III. Help, I have a problem!

1. No confirmation email following your request

If you have not received a confirmation email for your request, please check your spam folder first.

If you still haven't received an email, you can try a second time. If the problem persists, you can follow the instructions below (What to do in case of a problem when creating a return request).


2. What to do in case of a problem when creating a return request

If you are unable to create a returns request from your order history, you can skip this step and send the package to us as described above.

However, please make sure to include the necessary information in the package with a note so that we can process your request (order number, first and last name, follow-up on the return...).
