Tracking Your Order

Your order is taken care of by our team as soon as it is validated. You will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail when your order is placed. We invite you to check your spam / junk folder if you have not received it.

If the e-mail cannot be found, do not hesitate to ask our customer service for confirmation.

There are two possible scenarios:

  • Your order does not contain any articles with alterations
  • Your order contains articles with alterations

 


1. Your order does not contain any articles with alterations

Preparation of your order

When your order is picked up, you will receive an email from us indicating that it is in the next shipment group.

At this stage, we collect the items you have ordered as well as those ordered by other customers in your group.

It is possible that, during this stage, we encounter a stock problem and that one or more items ordered are not available. You will then be notified of the partial or total cancellation of your order. If further investigations are needed, it is possible that we ship the first part of your order while the rest is standing by. 

Please note that this step may take a few days if your shipping group contains many orders.

 


Shipping your order

Once your order is assembled, we prepare the package for shipment. You will then receive an e-mail to let you know that your order will soon be picked up by DHL.

Only when your package is in their hands will you receive a final e-mail with your tracking number.

2. Your order contains items with alterations

Preparation of your order

When your order is picked up, you will receive an e-mail from our services telling you that it will soon be picked up by our alterations department.

If a stock anomaly is found at this stage, you will receive an email informing you that your order has been partially or totally cancelled.

Please note that this step is completed within an average of 3 days.

 


Shipping your order

Once your order is ready, we prepare the package for shipment. You will then receive an e-mail to let you know that your order will soon be picked up by DHL.

Only when your package is in their hands will you receive a final e-mail with your tracking number.

What to do if you haven't received any news about your order

The average time between your order confirmation and the day of dispatch is 7 days, 10 days in case a products has to be altered. 

If you do not hear from us within this period, please do not hesitate to send a message to our customer service.
