What are the processing delays for altered items ?

It takes an average of 10 days between the payment of your order and the day it is shipped when your order includes alterations.

When you order a pair of trousers with alterations (choice of length and finish before adding to the basket), your order is sent to our alteration shop. They process it within a few days and send it to us finished.

We usually ship the altered items the same day we receive them.
